Michael Gallagher is currently the Manager of Engineering Tools and License Management at CommScope, providing strategic systems-level support for the PTC suite of tools. Previously, Michael served as an MCAD Administrator and License Manager at ARRIS, where they managed a $15M engineering tools budget and successfully insourced Windchill PDMLink 10.0 from IBM. Michael also held positions at Motorola and General Instruments, where they were a key member of the global Windchill support team and managed mechanical applications for over 500 users. They earned a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University.
