Mike Redden is a Customer Quality Manager for North & Latin America at CommScope, where they focus on capturing the Voice of the Customer and monitoring key performance indicators and service levels. They have been with ARRIS since 2014 as a Customer Quality Manager for Latin America and previously held quality management roles at BigBand Networks and Motorola Mobility. With a strong foundation in project management from their time at IBM, Mike holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA and a Master in Environmental Management from prestigious institutions. Currently, Mike continues to pursue further education at Tufts University.
