Norma De Alva

Norma De Alva serves as the Director of Quality for the Datacenter Business unit, overseeing Engineering Quality, Supplier Quality, Quality Claims, and the Quality Management System. Previously, they held positions such as Sr. Manager of Engineering Quality and Manager of Engineering Quality at CommScope, where they led initiatives to enhance product quality and resolve customer complaints. Norma also gained experience as a Quality Auditor at ADC and as a Quality Engineer across several roles at TE Connectivity. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at The University of Texas at El Paso, while also having completed a program on Women in Leadership at MIT.
