Peter Merlo is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in research and development across multiple international markets, including the USA, EU, and APAC. They served as Vice President of Engineering at CommScope, managing advanced development projects and aligning technology strategies with business goals. Previously, Peter held various roles at Philips Innovation Campus, where they specialized in actuator development and project management, and at TE Connectivity, where they oversaw program management and development strategy for advanced engineering. Peter has a Master’s degree in Engineering - Mechatronics from KU Leuven and recently completed an Executive Development program in General Management at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
