Randy Schmid has extensive experience in sales and management within the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Senior Sales Director at CommScope since April 2019, and at ARRIS since April 2013, focusing on strategic North American Telco and emerging market accounts. Previously, Randy held the position of Sales Director at Motorola Mobility from July 2000 to April 2013, responsible for strategic North American Telco accounts, and served as Director of Technical Marketing overseeing advanced FTTX solutions. Randy's career also includes significant roles in product management and marketing at ADC (now Tyco Electronics Corporation), Scientific-Atlanta (now Cisco Systems), and AT&T Microelectronics (now Alcatel-Lucent). Randy holds an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.
