Roberto Pedretti

Roberto Pedretti holds extensive experience in product transfer and management within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Manager of New Products Transfer at CommScope since April 2009, Roberto oversees the introduction of new products from R&D centers to mass production sites in China and India, managing action plans and stakeholder communications. Previously, as the Prototype Center Manager at CommScope, Roberto led R&D projects and ensured timely product builds. Earlier roles at Andrew Corporation included Sustaining Supervisor and Production Supervisor, where responsibilities involved evaluating vendor facilities, leading technical teams, optimizing workflow, and managing production targets. Roberto began career work as a Tuning and Testing Operator at Forem, focusing on product testing and equipment calibration. An education background includes studies at I.T.I.S. Paleocapa from 1988 to 1992.
