Rohan Naik

Rohan Naik is a seasoned professional in process engineering with extensive experience across various roles in reputable companies. Currently serving as Manager of Process Engineering at ANDREW, Rohan previously held the position of Process Engineer III at CommScope, where leadership of engineering teams and project risk management were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes work as a Senior Process Quality Engineer at Diebold, where Rohan effectively addressed quality and productivity issues, and roles at Crompton Greaves focusing on production and quality assurance using lean principles and Six Sigma tools. Rohan began a career in engineering at Vinka Industries and completed foundational roles at Crompton Greaves. Rohan holds a PGDM in Business Administration and Management from the Goa Institute of Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Goa College of Engineering.
