Roman Tkadlec

Roman Tkadlec is an accomplished Principal RF Engineer with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently working at ANDREW, an Amphenol company, since February 2025 and previously at CommScope since July 2006 in various engineering roles. Roman has a strong background in passive component design, including filters, DPX's, multiplexers, low PIM components, and project management, while maintaining close cooperation with customers and production teams. Prior experience includes serving as an EMC specialist at ŠKODA AUTO a.s., focusing on EMC tests for vehicle models, and an exchange program at Tampere University of Technology concentrating on S parameter measurement and broadband complex permittivity. Roman holds a Ph.D. in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Brno University of Technology.
