Ruben Castillo

Ruben Castillo has extensive experience in systems and software engineering, currently serving as Director of Systems Engineering and Director of Software Engineering at CommScope since April 2019, following a progressive career at ARRIS from December 2007. At ARRIS, Ruben holds the position of Manager of OnDemand System Integration Engineering, overseeing the integration of OnDemand applications with various internal and third-party systems, alongside previous roles that included Staff Systems Integration Engineer. Prior to his tenure at ARRIS, Ruben worked at C-COR as a Systems Engineer and at nCUBE in multiple capacities, including Engineering Lab Manager and Sr. System Administrator, contributing significantly to the IT infrastructure management. Ruben’s career began at Oracle as a Sr. NT System Administrator, specializing in Windows NT network management for the Interactive Television Group. Ruben graduated from Adrian Wilcox High School in 1995 with a diploma in General Studies.
