Sam Bloom serves as Managing Corporate Counsel at CommScope, overseeing legal support for the $4 billion Connectivity and Cable Solutions business since April 2008. Previous roles include Senior Counsel at TE Connectivity, where Sam led the global Wireless business, and earlier as Senior Counsel at ADC, managing similar responsibilities. Prior to this, Sam worked as Corporate Counsel at Best Buy Co., Inc., focusing on the establishment of new business channels. Sam's legal career began at Leonard, Street & Deinard and von Briesen & Roper, specializing in health law. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Additionally, Sam holds a Private Pilot License from Shamrock Flight School.
