Sharon MacKay

Sharon Mackay has extensive experience in procurement operations, currently serving as VP of Procurement Operations & Indirect at CommScope since February 2012. With a focus on managing a global team of 22 professionals and overseeing a significant global spend of $880M across the Venue & Campus Networks Segment, Sharon has developed and implemented effective sourcing strategies aimed at cost reduction and supply continuity. Previous roles at CommScope include Senior Director in various capacities and Director of Procurement Operations, contributing to the development of global factory procurement teams and best practices. Prior to CommScope, Sharon held procurement management positions at ABSL Power Solutions Ltd, with a strong foundation in purchasing and supply chain management from Robert Gordon University and the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply.
