Steve Herbst

Steve Herbst is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant and Vice President of Human Resources at CommScope since April 2019, Steve has previously held significant roles at ARRIS from May 2013 to March 2019, including VP of HR and Senior Director of Human Resources. Earlier experience includes various HR leadership positions at Motorola Mobility and other divisions of Motorola, where Steve progressed through roles such as Director of Human Resources and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations/Human Resources from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
