Ting Yao is an experienced software engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at CommScope since April 2019, following the acquisition of ARRIS. In this role, Ting oversees the development of security data generation and distribution infrastructure, PKI data life cycle management software, and online code signing systems. Prior to CommScope, Ting worked as a Senior Manager of Software Engineering at ARRIS, where similar responsibilities were held. Earlier career stages included positions such as Sr. Software Engineering Manager, Software Engineering Manager, and Principal Software Engineer at Motorola Mobility, as well as Software Engineer at Intel Corporation. Ting holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Nanjing University.
