Toby Bent

Toby Bent has extensive experience in channel sales and program management, currently serving as Director of Channel Sales at CommScope since September 2015, where responsibilities include designing growth plans and managing distributor relationships in North America. Prior to this role, Toby was a Channel Account Manager at TE Connectivity, focusing on Wireline sales within the North American distribution channel. Toby’s earlier tenure at ADC included positions such as Manager of Americas Channel Programs, where oversight of North and South American channel programs was a key responsibility, as well as roles focused on program implementation and inside sales management. Toby holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology from Lewis & Clark College.
