Tyler Scannella

Tyler Scannella is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as Senior Director, HR Business Partner at CommScope since July 2018. Prior to this position, Tyler held multiple HR director roles at CommScope, focusing on areas such as Cable and Connectivity Solutions and Sales, Finance, and IT. Tyler's experience also includes significant roles at Ingersoll Rand, where responsibilities included HR Business Partner roles across multiple regions and functions. Earlier career positions include HR management at Rosetta, Pinnacle Group, Holiday Inn Hotel and Conference Center, and Embassy Suites.
