Omid Shakibaei

Omid Shakibaei is the Director of Equity Capital Markets at CommSec, where they leverage extensive experience in equity placements and business development. Prior to this role, Omid served as a manager in the Equity Capital Markets division at CommSec Adviser Services from 2018 to 2022 and held various positions at CommSec between 2010 and 2013, including Senior Associate. Omid began their career as a Derivatives Trader at Liquid Capital Group from 2007 to 2009. They hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance and a Master of Finance in Funds Management from UNSW Australia.
