Ralph Sellaro

Ralph Sellaro has extensive experience in corporate actions, beginning as a Customer Service Officer at Westpac Group from July 1994 to June 1996. From July 1996 to October 1999, Ralph advanced at State Street, serving as Portfolio Team Leader and Corporate Actions Administrator. From October 1999 to April 2003, Ralph held positions as Corporate Actions & Income Officer and Corporate Actions Authoriser at Deutsche Bank, processing both Australian and international corporate actions. Ralph continued to develop expertise as Corporate Actions Manager at J.P. Morgan from April 2003 to August 2007, managing a team and collaborating with both Front and Middle Office. Subsequently, Ralph served as Corporate Actions Team Leader at Goldman Sachs until December 2009, overseeing processes for private wealth clients. Since December 2009, Ralph has worked at CommSec as Corporate Actions Supervisor, responsible for managing corporate actions and reconciliation processes. Ralph holds a degree in Accounting from Gymea TAFE, completed in 1994.
