People and Culture Director at Commsignia

Katalin Ragályi has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Their most recent role was as the Chief People and Culture Officer at Commsignia, starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief HR Officer at Tungsram Group from September 2020 to October 2022, where they were responsible for developing the corporate HR strategy and managing a range of HR plans and programs. Before that, they held the position of Global HR Business Partner at Affidea from October 2018 to September 2020, where they worked on various HR projects and focused on employee engagement and performance improvement. Katalin also worked at Telenor Hungary, first as the Head of HR Partners and Talent Acquisition from 2013 to 2018, and then as an HR Business Partner in the Commercial Division from 2010 to 2013. Katalin started their career as an HR Generalist at Pannon, where they provided HR support and managed recruitment processes for the Technical Division from 2001 to 2004.

Katalin Ragályi has a diverse education history. Katalin began their academic journey in 1992 at the MEDO INSTITUTE, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in Social Psychology in 1994. Katalin then pursued their passion for English Language and Literature at the University of Pannonia, earning a Master of Arts degree between 1994 and 1999. Continuing their studies, Katalin attended Central European University from 2001 to 2003, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.

In 2019, Katalin enrolled at Norsk Gestaltinstitutt Høyskole (NGI) and is expected to graduate in 2023 with a degree in Gestalt Therapy, focusing on Psychology. Alongside their formal education, Katalin has also obtained additional certifications throughout their career. In November 2016, they completed a Leadership Development Program at the London Business School and became a Licensed Career Coach through Career Counselling Services in the same month and year.
