Lindsey Morley

Lindsey Morley has a wealth of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Lindsey began their career in 2006 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Hays. In 2010, they joined Subsurface Global as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi as Talent Acquisition Team Lead & Global Mobilisation Manager.

In 2012, Lindsey moved to Cleveland Clinic Hospital Abu Dhabi as Senior Human Resource Business Partner. In 2016, they became Human Resource Director at NEX Regulatory Reporting by Abide Financial, where they were responsible for strategic business planning, HR due diligence, and integration strategy.

In 2018, Lindsey joined Core Growth Ltd as Human Resource Consultant, where they provided HR solutions and recommendations to early/late seed scale ups and SMEs. Most recently, they became Global People Director at Commsor in 2022.

Lindsey Morley began their educational journey in 2010 when they attended the University of Liverpool and earned their MSc in International Human Resource Management. In 2015, they moved on to CIPD and obtained their Level 7 Award Human Resources in Employment Law in 2016.
