Mithil Nachane is an experienced telecommunications professional specializing in radio frequency engineering. Currently serving as a Project Engineer- Radio at CommTel Network Solutions since June 2021, Mithil oversees the 5G rollout project for a Greenfield NSA network and facilitates the approval of new 5G sites. Prior experience includes working as an RF Engineer at Hayat Communications, where Mithil resolved issues faced by Drive Test Engineers during site testing, and as an RF Consultant at Penta Consulting, contributing to equipment swaps for Vodafone Qatar.
