Omer Garber

Omer Garber has a diverse professional background encompassing roles in both the defense and technology sectors. Omer's career includes experience at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems as a System Operator and Support, followed by positions at CHEQ, where Omer served as an Account Specialist, Product Training Manager, and Head of Linguistics- Data Analyst Team Manager, successfully leading a team of analysts and optimizing processes. Omer's experience also includes service in Israeli Military Intelligence and a role as a Research Assistant at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Omer contributed to academia as a Lecturer in Business Management for the "Access for All" program and later worked at Commugen as a Senior Solution Architect & System Analyst. Recently, Omer held roles as a Senior Implementation Consultant and an Implementation and Specification Expert at set, specializing in monday.com products. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business Management from Ben-Gurion University and a Master's degree in Public Administration from Tel Aviv University.
