Communicat IT is a Melbourne-based managed service provider founded in 1987, now under new ownership and rebuilt from the ground up.

We deliver managed IT services, cybersecurity, private cloud, and strategic advisory to 150+ businesses across Victoria — from manufacturing and healthcare to professional services and aged care.

Under new leadership since October 2024, we've rebuilt our entire technology stack around a security-first approach. Our clients are protected by CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, and Huntress for endpoint security, Veeam for backup and disaster recovery, and Microsoft 365 for productivity — all managed from inside one of Australia's largest privately owned data centres in Port Melbourne.
What we do:
- Managed IT Services & Helpdesk
- Managed Cybersecurity & MDR
- Private Cloud & Infrastructure
- Microsoft 365 Management
- Essential Eight & ISO 27001 Compliance
- vCIO, Virtual CISO & Strategic Advisory
- Business Automation & AI Innovation

What sets us apart:
- 37+ years supporting Melbourne businesses
- 100% Australian owned and operated
- Security-first — CrowdStrike, Essential Eight aligned
- Vendor-agnostic, practical advice
- Fixed monthly pricing, no surprises

We're not the biggest MSP in Melbourne. We're the one that does it properly.
