Christopher Bates

Christopher Bates is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in technical support and engineering roles. Currently serving as the Director of Technical & Applications Support Engineering at BLiNQ Networks since January 2019, Christopher oversees applications and systems engineering support, product preparation for customer shipments, and the establishment of operational processes. Prior to this, Christopher held the position of Director of Applications Engineering & Technical Support at Communication Components Inc. (CCI) since October 2003. Christopher's earlier career includes roles as a Field Technical Engineer at Nextel and a Senior Field Technician at T-Mobile, where responsibilities included training, troubleshooting, and quality control. Christopher's foundational experience in the U.S. Army as a Signal Corps Specialist further solidified expertise in telecommunications. Additionally, Christopher has completed various certifications in iDEN systems and Nortel network operations.
