Matthew C. began their career at Communications Plus Ltd in 2008, advancing from Sales Advisor to Senior Sales and later becoming Head Guru, managing 16 gurus across the company. They developed the ARMOUR sales structure, enhancing customer experience and earning the "Player of the Year" award. Matthew later led top-performing stores, receiving the "Manager of the Year" award for exceptional sales performance. Currently, they serve as a Communications Specialist at Virgin Media O2 while continuing their passion for music as a member of a band performing original work.
