Daniel Couillard

Daniel Couillard is the Director General of Partnerships and Risk Mitigation, drawing on extensive experience in cybersecurity and ICT resilience. Previously, they held several leadership positions at the Centre de la sécurité des télécommunications, including Director Network Cyber Defence and Senior Director Cyber Futures. They also served as Director Army ICT Requirements at Le ministère de la Défense nationale and had a role in telecommunications system engineering at NATO. Daniel holds a B. Eng in Engineering and Management from Collège militaire royal du Canada, a Master in Defence Management and Operation Planning from École de guerre, and an M.Sc. in Project Management from UQAM.
