Earl Maynard

Earl Maynard is a Senior Strategic Advisor for Cyber Partnerships at the Canadian Centre for Cyber Security, where they focus on strengthening relationships across critical infrastructure sectors in Western Canada. With a decade of government experience, Earl has previously held roles at the Communications Security Establishment, where they provided strategic advice to the Deputy Chief Signals Intelligence and led complex policy development as a Policy Advisor. Earl also served as Director of Communications for the Office of the Minister of State for Seniors and the Office of the Minister of State Finance, managing national engagement strategies and communications campaigns. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government at the University of Victoria.
