Alayne Hynes

Alayne Hynes has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Alayne started their career at DBM Systems Inc as a Business Planner and Sales & Marketing Coordinator in 1999, where they worked until 2005. Then, they joined Deloitte as a Business Development professional from 2005 to 2007. Following that, Alayne worked at the Business & Education Partnership of Waterloo Region as the Executive Director from 2007 to 2012. Since 2012, they have been with Communitech, holding various roles including Tech Jobs Connex Manager, Talent Programs Manager, Sr. Talent Program Manager, and currently, the Director of Strategic Initiatives.
