Allison Mitchell

Allison Mitchell, CLC, is an experienced program manager with a strong background in supporting employment and career development. Currently serving as Program Manager at Communitech, Allison leads initiatives designed to empower women and non-binary founders in the tech industry through tailored growth coaching and networking opportunities. Prior to this role, Allison worked at Conestoga College as a Career Work Coach/Employer Liaison, where customized Employment Service Plans were developed to assist clients in achieving their career aspirations. Previous positions include Program Manager at the Greater KW Chamber of Commerce, where Allison introduced the Access Student Talent program, and Executive Director at the Business and Education Partnership of Waterloo Region, leading career exploration initiatives for youth. Allison’s recruitment expertise was honed during tenures at D2L and Teledyne DALSA, focusing on building and leading recruitment teams.
