Communities for Change (CfC) is local Kenyan organization registered under the laws of Kenya.It was founded in 2019 by 15 local community members with a view to fighting poverty through strategic interventions that were believed to be the critical drivers of poverty.The community prioritized climate change mitigation and adaption programmes and started to mobilize community members to plant trees.Later,other programmes were introduced such as Gender & Women Empowerment,Education and advocacy,Youth & Entrepreneurship as well as Democracy,Governance and Human Rights.

Our vision is “A World where all have equal Chances” and our mission is to work with local communities, Civil Society Organizations, Faith based actors, Educational Institutions, justice Sector players, political class, and Government institutions in harnessing gaps and together finding solutions that are realistic, sustainable and can be owned by the local communities for posterity.
