Robert Shwed is a mission-driven development strategist and consultant with 15 years of experience in delivering development projects and consulting engagements for a diverse range of clients across the public, private, and civic sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Economics and Planning Manager at Community Attributes Inc., they focus on urban development and property economics in the Pacific Northwest. Robert has held various roles, including Director of Economics & Planning at AECOM and Climate Resilience Lead at Mott MacDonald, where they integrated climate action across engineering and advisory services. They hold multiple degrees, including a postgraduate diploma in Climate Change Finance & Investment from The University of Edinburgh and a Master's in Construction Management from the University of Washington. Outside of work, Robert is passionate about soccer, travel, and cultural exploration.
