Ernie began their career in 2013 as the Founder of GetFitErie and CEO, where they were committed to addressing the issue of childhood obesity. In 2017, Ernie C. co-founded Civic's Pool Service LLC, a certified and insured company dedicated to providing the best pool cleaning services. In 2018, they joined Community Boost as the Director of Marketing and Area Practice Manager, where they increased revenues, profits and market share through savvy marketing strategies utilizing the Facebook platform. In 2019, Ernie C. became the Chief Executive Officer of uBo Solutions, a social enterprise focused on impacting local businesses through digital marketing efforts. Ernie also co-founded Clearwater Pool Pros, a company that realized the usefulness of pools for family fun and rehabbing of injuries.
