Tom Mann

Tom Mann has a long and successful career in the financial services industry. Tom began their career in 1986 as Senior Vice President and Chief Strategist at AXA Equitable. Tom then co-founded Constellation Financial Management in 1994, where they served as a Managing Principal until 2003. In 2003, they joined Societe Generale as a Managing Director and Senior Banker, and was the Head of the Financial Institutions Group (FIG Americas). In 2011, they became a Director at F-Squared Investments, where they were tasked with managing the company's wind-up process. In 2012, they founded MannMaxx Management and also became an Independent Fund Director at Virtus Investment Partners. In the same year, they also joined Hatteras Alternative Mutual Funds as Valuation Chair and Independent Fund Director. In 2017, they joined Community Capital Technology (CCT) as Executive Chairperson and Director. Most recently, in 2018, they became the Director at DayaMed Medical, a population health company focused on medication adherence and disease management.

Tom Mann's education history includes completing a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Economics & Business from The State University of New York between 1968 and 1972. Tom then went on to complete an MBA in Investments and Securities from NYU Stern School of Business between 1972 and 1976. Following this, they completed a Doctor of Law (JD) from Fordham University School of Law between 1975 and 1979. Lastly, they completed an AMP in Global Strategic Management from Harvard Business School in 1988.
