Jerry Marcel

Jerry Marcel has held various leadership roles in organizations focused on health equity and social services. Currently, as a Team Manager and previously as Senior Team Lead and Team Lead at My Ombudsman since October 2021, Jerry has demonstrated strong managerial skills. Concurrently, Jerry serves as a Restuccia Health Justice Fellow at Community Catalyst, aiming to empower advocacy leaders to reshape the health system. Previous experience includes serving as a Member Service Guide Supervisor at Devoted Health, managing member service operations, and as a Veterans Case Manager at Father Bill's & MainSpring, where Jerry advocated for homeless veterans. Early career roles involved supervising and teaching at GWArc, Inc., The Young Achievers Middle School, and The Young Peoples Project. Jerry holds an education from Massachusetts Bay Community College and Codman Academy Charter School.
