Community Circus Paisley C.I.C. is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company using inclusive circus arts to support wellbeing, confidence and connection across communities, workplaces and organisations.

We deliver accessible aerial and ground-based circus experiences that create welcoming, psychologically safe spaces where people can explore movement, creativity and collaboration—no prior experience required. Our work is rooted in participation rather than performance, ensuring activities are adaptable, inclusive and supportive.

This takes different forms:
• Community programmes that reduce barriers to arts participation and support physical and mental wellbeing
• Partnership projects with local authorities and funders aligned to inclusion and preventative wellbeing outcomes
• Corporate workshops supporting team connection, leadership development and inclusive workplace culture

While these contexts may differ, the purpose is the same:
to use creative, embodied practice to help people feel more confident, connected and supported.

Income from corporate work directly supports our free and low-cost community provision, strengthening access to the arts and contributing to long-term organisational sustainability. This integrated model allows us to combine social impact, earned income and strong governance in a way that benefits individuals, teams and the wider community.
