Lance Mire is a dedicated risk management professional currently serving as a Senior Risk Manager at Community Coffee and a Board Member for the South Louisiana RIMS Chapter. With a background in safety and security management, they previously held positions including Director of Safety and Security at Broussard Brothers Inc. and Corporate Risk Manager at Acadian Contractors, Inc. Lance's educational journey includes an Associate Degree in Fire Science from Louisiana State University Eunice and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Southern University. They bring a servant leadership approach to their work, emphasizing grace and a learning mindset in team dynamics.
