CCP is a 501c3 nonprofit specialized community integration skills program for young adults with significant communication and behavioral challenges, such as autism spectrum disorder. The CCP program is designed to teach community integration skills, seek out community resources, and provide inclusive social, recreational, and volunteer opportunities for individuals that benfit from more specially trained, 1:1, 2:3, or 1:2 ratioed support to safely meaningfully, and inclusively engage with their community.
