Community Corporate is a national award-winning diversity and inclusion firm. We work with the corporate, government and the community sector to create individualised corporate social responsibility strategies and innovations for companies across Australia.

Our approach pieces together a plan that aligns to your company’s values and mission with an aim to profile and showcase your leadership in the communities where you operate. Every approach is different, and this is where our highly skilled team of experts with diverse backgrounds and experience can help you activate your corporate social responsibility strategy.

We specialise in employer-led recruitment programs to help companies find the right people for their business through a model of 'hire for attitude'. We are transforming the lives of refugees, migrants, young people, women and mature aged people seeking that first important job opportunity.

Please support our work at Community Corporate and vote for our CEO, Carmen Garcia, in the Impact 25 Awards to help us change the lives of hundreds of refugees, migrants, disadvantaged youth across Australia. Voting is a simple check box that takes only a few seconds, it closes 5pm Friday 13 February.
