Khalid Al Ramsi has extensive work experience in various government organizations in Dubai. Khalid started their career in 2005 as an Administration Officer in the Strategy Department of Dubai Municipality. In 2007, they joined the Roads and Transport Authority as a Customer Relation Development Manager, where they worked until 2009. Since July 2009, they have been serving as the Director Corporate Excellence at the Community Development Authority.
Khalid Al Ramsi completed their Master of Quality Management at the University of Wollongong in Dubai from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Dubai between 2000 and 2003.

The Community Development Authority (CDA) was founded by a decree of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai in July 2008. CDA is responsible for setting up and developing a framework for social development, and aims to achieve the goals outlined in the Dubai Strategic Plans. CDA is in charge for the overall supervision to achieve social sector outputs, and provide the provisions of social services in order to create an integrated and efficient management system for the development of social services in the emirate. This includes the preparation, execution, and supervision of comprehensive strategic plans, and proposing legislation related to social services to improve the outputs of the social development sector. The core strategic objectives of CDA’s are aimed at involving the stakeholders and enhancing the relationships with them, this includes UAE nationals and residents, government authorities, business partners and volunteers. The objectives also include fund diversifying, enhancing productivity and efficiency, excellence in operations and aligning the organisational structure to the main projects and programmes.
