Mohammad Katayen

Mohammad Katayen is an outcome-driven leader with over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, project and program management, and corporate governance. They currently serve as an Expert in Project Management at the Community Development Authority, where they lead the establishment of a comprehensive Project Management Office (PMO) and oversee strategic initiatives in social and community development. Previously, Mohammad held roles such as Projects and Programs Manager at Al Jaber Group and Senior Specialist in Strategy & Corporate Governance at the Roads and Transport Authority, where they developed governance frameworks and managed complex projects across various sectors. They earned a Master of Science in Business Strategy, Leadership, and Change from Heriot-Watt University and hold several certifications in project management.
