The UK is facing a housing emergency. The current system is failing the very people it is meant to support, leaving millions without access to secure, affordable homes. The social consequences of this crisis will be felt for generations.

At Community Foundations, we believe no single solution - and no party in isolation - can solve this challenge. Only through meaningful collaboration can we tackle the crisis head‑on and create lasting change.

Community Foundations is an independent social & affordable housing platform offering a trusted public private partnership in expertise and experience, to develop the infrastructure essential in delivery of the strategic housing objectives of local authorities and private registered providers.

Drawing on the collective experience of our Leadership Team, Advisory Panel, and external stakeholders, we take a holistic approach - from strategy through to delivery. Our goal is simple: to create housing solutions that strengthen communities and deliver lasting social impact.
