Community Fund Ohio

For over 30 years, Community Fund Ohio has served as trust advisor to over 5,000 Pooled Medicaid Payback Trusts and third-party special needs trusts. We also offer grants to Ohio residents with disabilities and Ohio nonprofits that serve them.
