Julia Stratton

Julia Stratton has a diverse work experience in various roles within the Big Lottery Fund and The National Lottery Community Fund. Julia started their career in 2006 as an Organisational Development Consultant at the Big Lottery Fund, where they worked until 2011. Julia then returned to the organization in 2018 as an HR Business Partner. Additionally, they held the position of Head of Learning and Development at The National Lottery Community Fund starting from April 2020. Overall, Julia Stratton has demonstrated expertise in HR and organisational development throughout their career.

Julia Stratton attended Solihull College from 2014 to 2016, where they pursued a degree in CIPD - level 7 Human Resources Management. Julia'sfield of study focused on HRM.
