Nick Smith has a strong background in knowledge and library services, with experience in both the healthcare and non-profit sectors. From 2005 to 2013, they worked as an Information Support Librarian at Worcestershire Acute NHS Trust, where they provided support and resources to staff. Nick then transitioned to the role of Knowledge and Library Services Manager, overseeing the management of knowledge and learning resources. In 2011, Nick joined Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust as a Map of Medicine Project Support Manager, where they project managed the creation of care pathways for patients. In 2017, they started working at The National Lottery Community Fund as a Knowledge and Learning Manager.
