Simone Falaja

Simone Falaja is currently the Head of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Funding, bringing over 14 years of experience in philanthropy and the community sector. Previously, Simone held various positions at The National Lottery Community Fund, including Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Funding Manager and B.A.M.E Network Chair. From 2010 to 2019, Simone worked at Actes Employability, where they established partnerships, managed projects, and provided advisory support to youth and clients with complex needs. Simone is dedicated to social justice, fair funding access, and organizational growth, with a proven track record in team empowerment and goal achievement.
