Itzel Calderon

Itzel joined the Community Interface Service team in 2013 after receiving her Bachelor's of Science in Sociology from San Diego State University. Itzel first came on board as an Independent Living Resource Counselor and Supported Employment Job Coach. During her time at Community Interface, Itzel earned her graduate degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from San Diego State University’s Interwork Institute. Itzel has spent her years with Community Interface working as a Resource Counselor, Program Assistant, and Coordinator for the Independent Living, Supported Employment, and Day Your Way Programs; a supervisor in the Community Support Facilitation program; and most recently as a Day Your Way Supervisor.
