Community Learning Centre, traded as Rowville Neighbourhood Learning Centre (RNLC), part of Knox Learning Alliance, began operation on 9th July 1996. When the Knox City Council completed all the alterations to the Rowville Community Centre to accommodate the RNLC in rooms beside the Community Centre with its entry point, RNLC moved into the revamped facility in February 1997. With the support of the Knox City Council since inception and then receiving Coordination funding from the Department of Human Services in August 2000, this allowed RNLC to become fully functional in line with other Neighbourhood Houses in Victoria. The centre offers a wide range of learning and leisure activities, including but not limited to social groups, information sessions, workshops, fee-for-service activities, and Pre-accredited Learn Local courses.
