The Board and Governance team at Community Medical Center is responsible for providing strategic oversight and direction to ensure the hospital and its clinics operate effectively and in accordance with regulatory requirements. This team, comprised of elected officials including a Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, Secretary, and several Board Members, meets regularly to discuss policies, allocate resources, and enhance community health initiatives, all aimed at improving patient care and supporting the organization's mission.
