Community Occupational Therapy provides the following services (however not limited to) at the client’s home:

• Minor and Major Home Modifications (Bathrooms, ramps, platform steps, rails etc)
• Neurological Rehabilitation
• Driver Assessment and Rehabilitation
• Vehicle Modifications
• Falls Prevention Education
• Pain Management
• Equipment Prescription
• Seating Assessments
• Wheelchair and Scooter Prescription and Training
• Hand Therapy
• Palliative Rehabilitation

All therapists are registered with the following agencies:
• AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
• Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) including Homefront
• Transport Accident Commission (TAC)
• WorkSafe
• Medicare (including Enhanced Primary Care Programs)
• State Wide Equipment Program (SWEP)
• NDIS
