Community Parents, Inc. is a nonprofit organization. Founded in 1969, Community Parents, Inc. (CPI) has provided high quality, comprehensive preschool education and family engagement services. Originating in Brooklyn and later expanding into Queens, CPI was one of the first Head Start programs to offer full day services and presently also offers Early Head Start for toddlers at each of our center locations.

Qualifying families with children ages 2 to 5 years old are eligible. CPI provides a research-based quality education that cultivates school success. We believe families are critical as the foundation of children's achievements in kindergarten and beyond.
