Barbara Warren

Barbara Warren is a Community Psychologist with over 15 years of experience in organizations focusing on poverty and homelessness. They currently serve as the Deputy Division Director of WIC and Energy at a Community Action Agency in Massachusetts. Previously, Barbara held various positions at Community Teamwork, including Division Director of Housing and Homeless Services and Assistant Director of Emergency Shelters. Barbara also completed studies at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Their specialties include non-profit management, program evaluation, development, and housing advocacy.
